Is it possible that your rent went up because you opted to go month-to-month for 3 months? Is it not true that your offered renewal rate was only $51 more, not $100 and is it possible you're upset now because you want a 6 month lease but you waited too long and now there isn't one available anymore? Is your average water bill not about $36 and hasn't it always been? And is it not true that the dogs that were barking at you when you were inside your car in the parking lot most likely strayed onto the property from the adjoining residential neighborhood, per the Travis County Sheriff's Deputy that responded and that no similiar incident has been reported since?

Sounds like the management responded to this one! Seems like they are the tough ones now I guess, not very professional to release all the private info on your case their.

Nice... Why doesn't the property management just post her social security number on the site too? And maybe her mother's maiden name.

Oooo, I agree. These issues could have been effectively addressed in a much more professional (and gracious) manner. Makes me rethink this complex.

Remarkably classy response by a supposedly professional company. I have had similar experiences when dealing with them, so I am not all that surprised
