great maintenance From: deerrock Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was logging on the put a good comment about the service I received and was very surprised by the pervious comments. I, however, cannot comment on the pervious comments, because I myself have not experienced them. I can comment on the service I have received in regards to maintenance response time, and issues with other residents. I have to say that JJ (maintenance guy) has completed all the work orders that I have requested and taking the time to answer all my questions. If he was unable to complete the work order due to ordering parts, he continued to follow up with me on the status. My complaint about a barking dog being left on the patio was taking care of in one day. I had a complaint about massive amounts of cigg. butts and that took about a week for me to see a difference but the issue is no longer an issues. I do have a comment about pest control, bugs freak me out too, but we do live on bull creek and are surround by the green belt, so what do you expect' bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
