We moved from an apartment in NW Austin with higher rent, far fewer amenities, more noise, grumpy maintenance, and slow-to-communicate staff etc. We are truly thrilled with the location, staff, maintenance, amenities, pet friendly environment. We repeatedly enjoy wild life on the property.

Parking can be a challenge from time to time, but I enjoy the short walk to my apartment.

The first day we moved in, our a/c was making a terrible noise. Within 15 mins, maintenance was here to fix it, and remedied the situation promptly. After being here a while, I asked if something could be done about the low light during the day in our breezeway. They heard my concerns, and left on the lights 24/7. The landscaping company always blew leaves all over our porch. I contacted the property manager and she let me know that she spoke to the supervisor of the landscape company about it. I no longer have to sweep my porch due to the maintenance blowing leaves onto my porch. The staff has followed up with emails making sure all is well. They are prompt, courteous, and do their best to ensure that the issues are met, and residents are satisfied!

Often, I see the maintenance crew driving through on the golf carts. They always wave, while one in particular always says "Hello" and "How are you today'"

Washers/Dryers are provided in every unit, therefore if it breaks down, the maintenance crew fixes it.

Our patio is nice and spacious so when we have company, we can accommodate them outside as well as inside. We also love the beautiful pool with barbeque grill, and plenty of seating.

However, I must say, my favorite perk of our apartment is the garden tub in the guest bath, and spa size shower in the master bath. Plenty of room to soak in a long hot bath/ability to sit down to take a steam after a good workout in the fitness center, or pool.

Granted, the kitchen is without a microwave/space for one. I now warm up my food they way my grandmother used to-on the stove! I have not missed the microwave at all. Quite honestly, my food tastes much better and doesn't take that much longer to reheat than it did in the microwave.

We thoroughly enjoy living here!
