I lived here for about a year and never really had any big issues, minus the fact that the carpet turned our feet black. Be sure to watch out for cars getting broken into though, someone tried to break into my sister's truck through her door handle but never succeeded. When it came time to move out though, the maintenance never really paid attention because our lease was up but we automatically went month to month and they didn't even notice. When we called to give out notice they said oh well you are on the lease until September but failed to realize that that was September of the year before. Maintenance is not really on top of things I guess, but they won't give you any trouble.
