It is occupied by UT Students, who constantly jam you w/their stereos and boom boxes.
Their pool parties are loud and obnoxious.
There are known drug dealers there too, so watch are for your cars and belongings.
Bikers are constantly in the complex and their buddies are always scoping our your stuff and your crib.

absolutely agree---- the tenants are the worst part about the castile. they are rude and disgusting. they are alcoholics with nothing better to do than party by the pool. when i was a resident at the castile i never wanted to use the pool because the same group of bums was always partying or passed out by the pool. on top of that, they leave the pool area absolutely trashed!!! terrible, terrible place to live. and the management does not enforce any of the rules.....like glass by the pool or cleaning up your dog ----.
