It is occupied by UT Students, who constantly jam you w/their stereos and boom boxes. Their pool parties are loud and obnoxious. There are known drug dealers there too, so watch are for your cars and belongings. Bikers are constantly in the complex and their buddies are always scoping our your stuff and your crib.
