I have had a horrible time here. Noisy and kinda rundown where it counts. My apartment was built by a crosseyed man, everything is crooked and leaning. The stairs are not true and look like it. Don't get me started about the office. They would rather loose renters then help out. The first week I was there, I just started a new job and couldn't make the rent on the day. I handed it in two days late and asked for a break on the late fee due to the fact that I had just moved to the state and started a new job. "NOPE, tuff luck that will be 60$ plus 10 bucks for every day it is late." Thanks for the help I really apriciate your kindness and understanding.
And forget about filling out a work order for something to be fixed...oh it gets fixed, but try two weeks late. My ac went out and I asked them to fix it 4 times before giving up and finaly it was fixed. This is just a few things...there is more though but I will spare you. ARE YOU RETARDED, OR WHAT!?! Welcome to Texas, we have what we like to call a lease contract. In that contract (which you obviously did not read before signing) it clearly states late penalties for non-payment. It is your responsibility to pay that rent on time and in full. Don't expect the office to care about your financial issues. This is the real world buddy, take some accountability!
