Don't move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is starting to become rundown (extremely old, gross appliances, constant bug problems, etc) and the management sucks. It's not just the girls in the office that are rude and unfriendly, it's the higher-ups as well. Don't get me started on maintenance, either! Our bedroom ceiling fan went out and I contacted the office 4 or 5 times. It still was not fixed by the time we moved out 2 and a half months later. I even watched the girl in office write the maintenance request down. Also-I asked the maintenance guy to fix it WHILE he was in our apartment fixing something else and it was still never fixed. The price of these apartments are also ridiculous for what you get. There were also one or two car break-ins for the short (I'm talking 4 months) that we lived there. I second the guy who said the yard work begins at 6am. Don't count on sleeping in-ever. Do not move here.
