This complex takes no pride in how it presents itself. The appliances are so old and rusted that I don't feel comfortable cooking a meal in my own home. I have had continuous bug problems to include ants, roaches, silverfish and spiders. Two lights sockets in my room don't work and even though I submitted a work order 3 months ago, nothing gets fixed. My particular building has had foundation problems and there are cracks throughout the apartment walls. The cooling elements they use are from the 80's which make your electric bill twice the amount of a newer place...something to consider when pricing the rent alone. Lastly, when I moved into the place it was filthy and a cleaning crew had to be called again to detail the rental. I would not recommend this property to anyone. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I think it is absurd that you are even complaining about these things. Didn't you see your apartment before you moved in? Couldn't you see that the apartment complex is older than twenty years and the appliances inside along with insulation would be that old as well?
