I stayed here for about 1.5 years in the 2/1.5 townhouse...it was huge, i loved everything about the property except the damn water bill...too high, they allocate water so you are not paying for what you use..but it's divided per building, I lived alone and have 2 jobs, my flat water bill from them was $55 a month...RIDICULOUS! So my lease is up and that's the reason im moving out, plus rent was increased, which i would be paying $115 more per month.WOW! But the townhouse is huge, i hated the stairway, it is impossible to get a king size bed in the bedroom cause there's no room to take it upstairs. I also hated that the washer and dryer were upstairs too. I had to fight my balcony to get my queen size bed through the upstairs balcony, so if you have a king size bed...DO NOT MOVE INTO A TOWNHOUSE THERE, you will not be able to get it into your apt. The staff is great, maintenance is fast, property is clean, they are painting the outside now. appliances are ok. No bad neighbors, no loud parties, very quiet atmosphere. oh....THE CLOSETS....specially in the townhouse..way too small..don't be fooled by the floorplan, it looks big but in reality it is not a walk in closet, more like a look-in closet. However, lots of storage room in the townhouse, there's a storage in your downstairs balcony, some rooom in the laundry room (loved it) and in teh downstairs bathroom there's a small room too.
