decent place From: foopie29 Date posted: 12/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartment complex is decent. Its relatively quiet. The rent prices are fair, everything in this area is too high but thats the way it is. The only complaint is the water bill. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath, my water bill has been about $35 each month. I previous lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a roommate at a different complex and our water bill was that amount between 2 people in a much larger apt.
