I lived at The Jefferson @ sunset valley which is now Grand Reserve @ sunset valley for about 9 months, had to move out to get closer to work. I had a very enjoyable stay there. I never ever heard one word from the neighbors and I loved the 2 bedroom layout because I lived with a roommate. Although parking was an issue if you came home later than 9 pm b/c the back of the property would be full and you would have to park closer to the front (close to the office.) The office staff was always very friendly, there was also one maintenance guy that was very friendly and he always said hi to everybody when he drove by on the golf cart, and work orders would always get done in a reasonable amount of time. So if you are looking for an apartment the southwest area the cost may be a little higher than some but you will get your moneys worth!
