Bad Management, Parking, and Crime From: Idarah Date posted: 2/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I've been here for three years (lease to end in May) I've actually renewed my lease twice but only because I hate moving. Parking is extremely limited and even when you have a carport, as I do, the closest spots ar too far away. My sister used to live here and her car was broken into, my other sister had her's broken into while visiting for christmas and mine was broken into two weeks before that. Management is unbeleivable, and not in a good way. They have trouble unstanding when and how they have made mistakes. I recently asked to have two damaged kitchen cabinet doors replaced (the damage was my fault) they gave me a bid for $4,335.00! Stating that they can only replace the entire kitchen. Unless you have absolutely NO problems in your apartment and therefore only deal with the office when paying rent, this place is highly UNRECOMMENDED.
