I've lived here since May '07 and I love it. The complex is beautiful and well maintained and the landscaping is very well done. I enjoy all of the trees and lawns; not many apartment complexes can offer that! It is a quiet place to live and the office staff is so helpful and friendly! On our very first day here, we thought that one of our cats had gotten out and they dropped everything to help us look. Maintence reqests are met in a timely manner as well. I live close to the office, so I don't have much of a problem with parking but I have heard that it can be a bit of an issue for other residents. However, there are carports avalible near all of the apartments that you can rent for a small fee so I don't know why people don't just rent those if parking is such a huge deal to them... that's certainly what I would do if I lived further from the office than I do! The rent is also reasonable for the size of the apartments and the wonderful grounds that they are on. Community events are also scheduled regularly every month by the CARES team which is really nice for everyone!

I mean seriously if you're not a 9-5 worker and work until later in the evening good luck parking here. this person must get home before 9 in the evening because we won't even leave to go to the grocery store in fear we won't be able to park anywhere in the complex when we return.
