I have lived at GRSV for 2 1/2 years, and I LOVE it here! The apartments are beautiful and very well kept and management is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is VERY fast and helpful as well. One day, I went to the office because my remote for the gate wasn't working right and I thought it needed a new battery. When the new battery didn't work, the maintenance guy who happened to be in the leasing office at that time gave me his to use instead. I just can't say enough good things about this apartment complex and all of the staff. I hope I'm able to stay for at least 2 1/2 more years (hoping to transfer to a 1st floor apartment if one comes open by January - if not, will be forced to move). It has been my BEST apartment experience ever and I've lived in apartments for the past 8 years. The rent is very reasonable and they don't jack up the rent when it's time to renew. I could see where some would find parking an issue, but they have covered parking spots that are only $30 a month. If it's that big of a deal, I don't see why they don't just get a covered spot. There seem to be a lot of empty ones. Anyway...you won't regret moving here!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
