apartment had exposed concrete floors for 2 months From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   In a word, I would describe living here as TERRIBLE. Staff is rude. Service is poor. Rent increases are gouging. Flooding damaged 40 apartments in the complex. The repairs lasted over Thanksgiving and Christmas. The contractors were physically threatening and the staff would not help.
