I had been living here for the past three years... The old management waas very nice.

For the past one year..I had been facing a lot of trouble with the new management.

Like some one said in one of the reviews ..they are real back stabbers...

Please never get locked into these appartments..

Note :- These apartments are named "The Palms @ Walnut creek" ..they are no more called "Oakwood"

The management sucks... You will end up paying 30 bunks a month in water bill.. for a one bed room .one person living in it ..no Washer ......

The management Sucks big time.. be careful...please..please

i have been leaving here for almost 6 months and it has been okay. like other tenants have said the management here sucks. the apartments are great and so are the maintenance grew. next thing i would like to say about these apartments is that instead of keeping the faithful tenants they have the jack up the prices to the prices that the new tenants get. i think that they should try to keep the ones they have. the last thing is there website prices. they want you to believe that you are getting a good deal on the website and then you get to the location and fall in love with it and they tell you something totally different. the only thing i have to say about these apartments are before you move in have a lawyer present with you to work out the best deals so that they know not to mess with you.
