The present management is a disgrace!!! Greedy, greedy and more greedy. I lived there for 1 yr, did everything right, paid my rent on time

Is not greedy to charge for an apartment left in a really bad shape ( dirty and lots of trash) it is your obligation to leave the apartment clean , of course with a normal wear and tear, paying rent on time is not the only responsability you have when you lease an apartment.
