My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year. The apartment is reasonably priced, and we got one month free for signing on to a 1 year lease. The front office staff are great and we have never had any problems with them. You can pay rent online, as well. The neighborhood is safe, the post office is across the street, and there are wild blackberries growing around the property.

Up until a few months ago we had nothing to complain about other than the washers being really crappy and our clothes being soaking wet from them. However, a while ago we started getting bitten by bugs in the night. It turned out to be bed bugs. We told the management, and they really did treat it promptly, but when bed bugs get in apartments, they get in the WHOLE BUILDING and a few weeks later they were back. It is really unbearable. I can't speak for every building but they are all over Building 2, so really reconsider, or just ask the management about it before you sign anything. Unless they fog the whole building the bugs are here to stay.

I too have bed bugs. This, and the foundation of the apartments, are the only complaints I have. I have treated my apartment with Diatomaceous Earth. It really does help, but unless EVERYONE knows how to treat bedbugs properly they WILL keep coming back. YOU CANNOT USE A FOGGER FOR THIS - AND MOST PEST CONTROL COMPANIES WILL AGREE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY TREAT FOR BED BUGS TO PERMANENTLY REMOVE. Maybe if we all get together and sign a petition, they will treat with DE on the grounds around the buildings, and possibly in the attics of each building. The product is very cheap and is 100% non-toxic. It is safe to use around your children and/or pets and plants (in fact, it's GREAT for plants!). I purchased mine from a nursery here in town. Most places sell it. Some research material: http://www.bedbugsguide.com/diatomaceous-soil.htm
