No customer service or follow up. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The complex has lots of character but management and maintenance are very poor. All of my maintenance requests have taken a month or more to complete. They always require two to three phone calls to get something done. Appliances are in ill repair. Entire office team present an extremely odd approach to customer service i.e. it is non-existent. The lackluster management team and staff are a strong reason not to pursue housing here.
