Pros: stained and scored concrete floors (clean and pretty); quaint interior decorating; great location by Alamo Drafthouse at Village, Northcross Mall
Cons: plumbing--toilet overflowed once for no reason; went 3 months on and off without hot water and maintenance didn't bother to attend to the problem until Christmas day, but they were there on a holiday and the problem was fixed; you have to ask to get a copy of your lease; appliances are old and if broken stay that way (dishwasher rollers, fridge tray); bedroom is open to the bathroom sink area (no door only for bedroom)

They do not ansewr maintenance calls right away. Constant turnover in the apt office don't know who is working and who has left ever! Too pricey for what you get. MOve on, better more convenient places in town.
