Seeing Major Improvement! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   The Chelsea has had a sketchy past, but has REALLY turned it around. We were nervous about moving in last year after reading the bad reviews. But they have impressed us this year, and we are signing a new lease to stay for another year. The staff responded to all maintenance requests within one day, and even sent confirmation emails when the job was finished. They are very friendly and helpful in the office, holding packages and listening to complaints. They replaced all the roofs on the buildings and are planning on changing the staircases, getting new siding, and repaving the parking lot. The Chelsea has the perfect location and is FINALLY taking pride in their property! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
