So... Although I have only been living here a short time, I figure it s worth sharing my opinion, especially since the only people who take time to write these kind of reviews are pissed off people.
**I've been living here for just about a month and am very happy so far. When I moved in my apt was clean and only a few minor things needed fixing. I listed them on my walk-through and they were fixed within the next day or two. I haven't had issues getting a hold of the office staff. If they don't answer, I've left messages that have been returned same day. There has always been someone in the office when I've stopped in for something, usually Chuck. And Chuck by the way is great. He is friendly and remembers my name every time I come in.
**I have also had issues with my A/C as some other people mentioned. It once went out on a Sat. night, we opened the screen and found ice forming, we called the emergency line and left a message. One of the maintenance staff called back within 10 mins and said he would be out in the morning (Sunday)to take a look. He came out on Sunday and made some adjustments and said it should be good. Unfortunately, the same thing happened the next week, frozen over and stopped working. Again called the emergency line, got a call back, and someone came the next day. They said they would replace the whole unit rather than having to repair it multiple times. It was during a week that it rained for 4 days straight, so they brought a portable unit until the new unit could be installed. So far, it s been working great since then.
**Laundry facility is decent. Ample washer and dryers, always enough open when I need to use them. I do wish there was better signage in the laundry room telling you how to use the system for the first time. But, once I figured out that you got a card from the office to use, it s been fine.
**I don't expect things to always be perfect, but when they are not, I do expect them to be fixed correctly in an appropriate amount of time, and that is exactly what has happened so far. Should I have any bad experiences, I will be sure to update my review fairly. Not that any of these complaints are not valid but, I personally and other residents I've spoken w/ are very happy here!
