I moved into The Park at Monerey Oaks in May of 2009, this has by far been the most pleasent living environment for myself and my roommate we have ever experienced. We live in the "urban upgraded" building which features stained concrete flooring, modern track lighting, HUGE walk in closets, stainless steal counter tops, black on black appliances and a spacious floor plan. While touring the property we also had a chance to view several floor plans before deciding all of which were unique and offered custom upgrades. The property its self is gorgeous filled with walking trails, trees, landscaping which is maintained reguarly! The pool is beautiful, workout room has everything you need. There is always community events being held whether its a bbq, or a italian dinner, pet contest etc...Love love love this property and plan on being here until I own a home!
