I have lived her for about a year and I am very pleased. Of course the office staff has changed a little but what apartment staff doesn't, I'm sure that happens everywhere. I have read all of the review and cannot believe what people are saying. The grounds are well kept and the overall location is convinient and secluded. Sure there are children, and people of different races but what do you expect. I haven't had problems with noise, except for sometimes children yelling but nothing more. On a scale of 1-10 i would give this place a 8 only because of the once in a while noise. You people who wrote the earlier reviews need to grow up! If you want more privacy go grow up some and maybe you can purchase your own home...

what building do you live in i lived in 12 by the pool and i had kids hitting my windows with sticks the people next to me smoked pot every day and the smell came through the air vent in the laundry room the manager said to me that she gets complaints every day about being able to smell other apartments cooking through the vent i called the police when the kid was trying to pry open the soda machine and byron called when the rent checks were being stolen and the mail boxs getting broken into. every week we got letters about rules like the manager is noticing a lot of trash by apartment doors and hanging out by cars drinking some guy the day i was moving out that drove a grandam red in color tryed to start a fight with me. he asked if i was racist because he said i was stairing at him.his car got broken in to.i reported this to the manager she said i know all about him. most of the persons reviews are of the negative about most of the apartments on this site you are they exception.

I live in 17. It's quiet, and i haven't came into any drug encoutners.
