I moved in the apt. bulding 1107 on a Friday. The day they gave me the keys the apt. carpet was stained the floors were dirty and the walls had black marks all on them. The lady who worked there stayed they would fix the problems. So Friday night when i turned on my kitchen light there were roaches all over my kitch walls stove and sinks. Sat. morning i went to the office told them to move me ASAP. They moved me into other bulding. That apt. carpet was stained as well and the frig had a smelled so bad. They told me they would fix that as well. SO sat. night i go to unpack and there are roaches all over my sons bed on the walls and under the sinks. I moved all my stuff out and returned the keys. The manger told me i'm lucky she allowed me to get out my lease. I feel they did not care about me as a resident i was a single mother with a two years old son. I hope you think twice before renting out any apt. from them
