My wife and I moved out about a year and a half ago. MBS finally settled a week ago after we had to take them to court to get our deposit back. All we wanted was our deposit back.

Hint: if you don't get your deposit back within 30 days of moving out (or written explanation why your deposit wasn't returned), then go find a lawyer immediately!
