Since I moved in over 4 months ago I have seen problem after problem. The gate is continuously broken offering no since of security. The gate clicker that I was supposed to get when I moved in has yet to arrive. Apparently the computer system for the gates is still down therefore no clicker. I computer can not be down for over 4 months...pay someone to fix it! The access to the gym is constantly disabled. I sometimes get up early in the morning to work out...5am...and it is extremely annoying when my key wont work for the gym and I got up an hour early for nothing. In addition, when ever I call to have something fixed in my apartment it usually takes at least three calls and a walk-in to the office to get anything done. My air conditioner/heater was not working properly. They finally came out and "fixed" it and I still don't think it's working right. On top of that I don't think they know how to change a light bulb. Every single light in the stair well and breeze way in my building is out. I come home late in the evenings and I don't exactly feel safe when I'm walking up to a building that is pitch black and I can't even see the lock to my door when I'm trying to get in. To top it all off they can't seem to turn the music off around the pool at night. I do enjoy big hits of the 90's but not at 1am blaring outside my bedroom window. Is it so hard to turn the radio off when you leave the office....not like much else is being done in there. Steer clear from this complex when trying to find a place to live!

Just wait till it's time to get your security deposit back when you escape from there. I left my place immaculate when I moved out--that was over two months ago and talk about a run around...when the office does pick up the phone, they have countless excuses why I haven't received it "yet". Based on so many other postings, I know that I'll never see the money. It's just beyond me how any pf their employees can sleep at night especially the owner of MBS.
