I went to the MBS website to see other managed properties and see if we are the one negative property. It is more of the same with all apartments managed by MBS.

In the new leases, they have an adendum stating whether the security gates are more or less decorative. They are not held liable whether or not they work. I know the City of Austin has been out there taking pictures of the compactor. They have been contacted several times regarding this matter and about the wall. I know. I am one of the people who has contacted them. The management there is useless and so is maintenance. I have been in the office when they have talked about being drunk. Jerks.
