It's a shame... when every conversation around here starts out with "when is your lease up'" This used to be a nice property but has been completely run down by this new management and owners. My main complaint has been that they cannot seem to empty the poop stations, for those of us who take pride in where we live and try to clean up after our pet this is very disturbing. I call atleast once a month 3 or 4 days in a row until they empty it. They continue to show the property to prospective tenants and claim that they cannot smell the crap. Everytime I call they say that their porter just quit...my response is always the same..."you don't have anyone else here that can empty the trash'" I don't feel like security is a priority at all for management, lights are always out, acces gate has not worked for 6 months or more. Office staff acts like none of this is their problem. Health Dept has been contacted about the pool...It's Green. All the good neighbors that I have known in my year and a half of living here have either moved or can't wait to leave. Now that's a Shame...

I know the City of Austin is suing MBS over the compactor area. I am not sure when the court date is, but they informed me that they are being sued.
