Yes, this will be peaceful! I am tired of MBS stealing from tenants and not listening to our concerns. I have taken appropriate measures to have my concerns heard and nothing is happening. It really upsets me that this company is allowed to get away with such horrible and unethical practices. I think we need to bring attention to this matter to inform others before they make a mistake and rent from this company. If anyone is interested in sitting outside the office and peacefully sharing your concerns, respond to this posting and we will go from there.

I understand what you are saying. I agree the management is horrible. I just don't know if a protest will do anything. You could try. You never know unless you do. I have just never seen such bad management in my life not get anything done. I do know the City of Austin is working on it as well. I am teamed up with one of the investigators in the case concerning the dumpster. He is trying to speed things up. If you notice on the website for www.mbscompanies.com, no mention of the Park at Walnut Creek on there nor is there an MBS flag up anymore like there used to be with the other flags. I am very suspicious of that factor as well. They cannot be trusted I can tell you that. I am moving out when my lease is up in October. We can definitely get word out about how bad they are. I think that is very effective and keep calling The City of Austin Solid Waste Management Services at 311 to complain about the trash compactor. The assistant manager Tiffany is very full of excuses.

I went to the MBS website to see other managed properties and see if we are the one negative property. It is more of the same with all apartments managed by MBS.
