My husband and I have been here for over a year and yes we have notice that things are not the same. We finally had a problem taken care of by the management of a tenate that for 16 months have been nothing but a nuisance. We had complained other neighbors complain and finally they have move. We are not happy with the trash but we are happy to say that if you keep trying to be patient with the office and see that maybe they do not have that much control over what the owners of this apartment complex have. Yes we were here when it was AMI and yes it has changed but if you look on ever apartment ratings it is the same on a lot of apartment ratings. I am not familiar in why you have not been able to get back your deposit, but the last apartmanet we moved out of we only got back about 40.00. We had a cat and she was the reason. Please do not take this review as being on their side but I live in the back of the apartment and I do not see the trash like building 23 does so lets just hope that things will get better in time. When it came time to renew our lease they did not increase it. It stayed the same.

I DON'T PAY 900$ A MONTH TO LIVE IN A TRASHING APARTMENT COMPLEX. IF I PAID 300$ I COULD UNDERSTAND IT. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, AND YES I LIVE BY THE TRASH! I HATE THIS PLACE AND WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A GOOD WORD!

If you are that unhappy then just move, no one is making you stay here. All of you guys griping is making the office take longer in getting the solution fixed. They need a part to fix the trash compactor and until they get the part and install it and the city of austin will not pick up the trash if it is not in the unit they pass it by. Just take your trash next door and dump it in their compactors.

It is expensive to move and nobody should have to put up with this Bhb1955. Maybe that is your solution, but not for everyone. If nobody speaks up, the nothing gets done. We have a right to speak up about this. It is unhealthy and disgusting. Nobody there asked for this kind of service and the office and owner should not be excused for what is going on.

See, People who decided to stay and release their infested home with nats and the odor of the Trinity river, Deserve to stay here. The fumes are not healthy for normal breathing air. It also is bad when you live next to it and you bring home a date and at 8pm you see the glowing white bags. I believe its the Apts and the tennants. Lets see trash compacter does not mean throw your couch away, though I think MBS should knock off 300 dollars until they get the problem fix. Okay here is the insight guess who own the complex next door? Now compare their trash to ours. They are better taken care of. I pay 1350 a month to live next a smelly place and it cost about the same to break my lease, and get a bad rental history mark. I think the most of the people that are okay with the trash do not live near it. Lets say a parent tring to get custody of their child and a social worker comes to visit and see the 900 bags of trash from your balcony, or are yall saying our kids and newborn babies should be breathing this. There are nats, flies, snakes, roaches, mice, rats, meal works, living and reproducing over and over and over in this. I just can't understand bhb1955 saying do not complain and MAYBE the office or MBS will do something about it. Summer Hot 100 degree weather is coming up and you think it smells now. We better hope it does not rain cause all those pest I mentioned about it will probably quadruple. I have contacted the city, Fox news and if this is not cleard up soon. hmmmm....Its like birds chitting outside your front door and saying well if I stay inside maybe the complex will eventually cleand it up. NOT. Lets see there is over 350 apartment ranging from 600 to 1500 dollars a month and they can't even fix one part... Don't get me started..
