I moved in in 12-03 when it was AMLI. I NEVER had a problem. The MINUTE MBS took over I was having problems and with every manager change (I believe there's been at least 7 this past year) I've griped about everything about this place (the trash compactor has been broken for over a month and this is the second time; safety lights in puppy park pond; safety lights on buildings, pool shower broken; pool gate chained/padlocked; media room unusable because its been chained/padlocked for over a month; work out room is DISGUSTING; car wash is unusable for the third time - this time because the drain has been blocked for over a month; "security" gates to the parking lot have been broken since October of 05 (they stand wide open 24/7); puppy park pond is a green nasty infested pond that we've had to stop taking our dog too because he's gotten sick with bacteria once ($100 vet bill) and sliced his foot open on broken beer bottle glass that washes down to the pond from the parking lot ($100 vet bill); and even though the guy before me claims that noone with a dog picks up their dog poop SOME OF US DO!! and thats how the poop trash cans get full; apartments infested with nats, spiders, crickets, yellow jackets, red hornets; breezeways are filthy and have spider webs all over them. I've contacted 7 on your side and hope that with all the other contacts they do a INDEPTH story on this. Im outta here on July 2, 2006.

Call 311 to the City of Austin to place a complaint about the property. The management is under watch over the next 6 months. Hopefully we will all be out of here soon. I know I plan to be by October at the very latest when my lease is up.
