About 3 weeks ago I visited The Park at Walnut Creek and was interested in some lease terms for a one bedroom place. The apartments appeared nice from the outside and the location is right by my work. I got some floorplans and pricing info from the leasing office, then came home to do some research. I read some of the reviews on this site and couldn't believe what was being said about the maintenance issues, trash piling up, etc etc. I figured these were just a few angry tenants and didn't represent the whole scope of how the apartments really are. Then, consequently, I happened to notice the 7 on your side report on the news and was really let down that a complex with such great potential was going to waste because of such poor management. Kudos to all who helped expose the management team and for saving me from signing a lease I would definitely regret!
