Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I moved away last June, and I still have not received my deposit check from MBS. I did a little research and it seems MBS is involved in over 6 cases of litigation in their properties across the US.Since my deposit was over 100 buck I have sued in Civil court and not in small claims court...we'll see how it goes. I regret the day I signed a lease with them, I wish I would have moved when AMLI sold. Renting shouldn't be like this so if you can go somewhere else, there are plenty of spacious apartments around Austin. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
