Frustrating place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Ever since AMLI sold this place it's gone down hill fast. The place is not kept up well at all. Maintainence requests go unheeded. The access gate hasn't worked in 11 months, the common access rooms ( fitness center and recreation center) are locked up most of the time and when open are filthy and have approx. 1/4 of the lights and equipment operting properly. The City of Austin code enforcement dept. has received several complaints
