think twice, bad management.......

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
While the apartments are not bad at all the complete lack of responsiveness to simple requests & poor facility maintenance is very frustrating.Just a couple of examples:
-- no working lights in the fitness center since September
-- game room has been chained shut for 9 months, they can't figure out the card access system
-- property access gates wide open and not operating for a year, they always say it'll be fixed "soon".
-- vehicles vandalized and one had it's tires & rims stolen this summer
-- city of austin dept of sanitation had to pick pick up the trash in the summer after it piled up for nearly a month... not kidding.
