Worst place I have ever lived! Could not wait to move out! Spent last 6 months sleeping in the livingroom due to horrbile neighbors upstairs and behide. Management did nothing - they told ME to go talk with the neighbors! Had to step over trash for weeks. And when security lights burned out - they would not replace them even with repeated calls.

I'm very concerned about the reviews of this complex. We were in Austin this weekend and were very impressed with the specials. I wish we had read the reviews before placing a deposit. I did notice the gate was still broken - did not know this has been a problem since March as far as the reviews. I have not signed the lease and now will have some problems noting all the No responses. My daughter is moving their to attend law school and she has had excellent residence of stay in the college town she's leaving. I would appreciate any recommendations of nice , reasonable places to call home for her. I am quiet disturbed with these ratings. If management reads - or owners read - please advise on the existing and continous problems. This is unacceptable when you have paying residents. If there is a problem in the complex - it is your responsibility to get it fixed. I will not pay my money for trash.
