I moved here about seven months ago and it seems that things have only gotten worse. When I first moved in things were ok, I work alot so I am never really home. Then I started to notice the trash every where and so I asked the office if the could "clean" things up. No response. Finally months down the road it looked like things were getting better. Then the break ins occur and my frieds motorcycle gets stolen, four cars are broken into. So we all plea with the office to simply fix the security gate. No response. And still to this day the gate is still broken. That was months ago. That is just the major things that are wrong. There are little things too like the one and only trash compactor for over 1000 units, located all the way in the front. Also they made the once a nice dog park into a big mud puddle, which makes me wonder why they can spend money on clearing out brush but cannot fix a gate for the security of there guests. Nice one. All in all this property is run by a bunch of monkeys, so if thats what you like then this is your place.
