The new managment is wonderful! They haven't even been managing for a month and already things have turned around. When I went to move in the old managment company didn't have my apartment ready for my move-in date. Within just a couple of days the new company had it turned and looking great; ready for move in! I obviously didn't get to know the previous managment but from what I've heard from other resident's and how I'm treated so much better with the new, I'm glad I moved in when I did.
