I think this is overall a very safe, quiet, and clean place to live, with beautiful landscaping to boot. I have not lived here long, but so far I like it a lot. I feel VERY fortunate to have a new place to live that is out of the chaos of central Austin - it's amazing to not hear loud traffic, construction, and sirens all the time. The parking is a little awkward, but I have never not been able to find a space - and I think it's great that there are garages and covered parking as options.

If you're worried about car theft or burglary, secure your belongings so that they are not visible: the vast majority of burglaries and thefts occur because people don't lock their doors and leave valuables where someone can see them easily. Set your emergency brake to make your car harder to tow, and even get a lock to put on your steering wheel/a kill-switch if you are that worried. I regularly park my car in lots of risky places because of where I work, yet I would speculate that I've never been broken into because I conceal my valuables.

There is a percentage of the residents here that is young, dumb, and party-happy, but it seems to me that not much of the partying is actually done IN the complex. It appears that most people leave to do that, so the worst you hear are car doors slamming as drunks arrive in the wee hours of the morning on weekends. Other than that, it's very quiet.

I don't have much experience with the management yet, since I've been living here for only a week or two, but my roommate has been here longer and hasn't had any problems.
