I lived here for almost 2 years unfortunately. New management all the time. Nothing ever got done on time. I had to move apartments late in my 1st lease term. Thus forcing me into a new lease. The new one was WAY overpriced for a one bedroom. The disposal didn't work. Neither did a few of the electric outlets. They never sent maintenance after weeks and weeks.
My stuff never got fixed. Then the braker for my electricity kept going out for no reason. So many times I'd leave for work and school and the morning, be gone for 15-17 hours, get home and my electricity be out. Of course I had to go outside and prime it myself cause maintenance never got around to it.
Worst experience ever. Then I move out and they have been trying to nickel and dime me for water that was payed, and pro-rated rent, when the keys were returned and I was gone before the supposed "prorate" took effect.
