I'm pretty sure when you moved in they told about the renovations and that you would eventually have to move out when it was your buildings turn to be renovated. If you didn't know this than you must not have paid attention to the leaser or even read your lease. The apartments started the renovations before I even moved in more than a year and half ago. So if your weren't expecting this then that is your own problem. I don't like living and I have had more than a couple of problems but this is definitaly not one of them.
