These apartments are currently not very good.

Don't be fooled by the nice landscaping.

Inside, these apartments are straight from the 80's and have dingy carpeting and popcorn ceilings.

The showers and bathrooms are totally outdated and depressing.

The bills can be high due to inefficient air conditioners and appliances.

We have experienced a lot of crime, my friend had his car get all four tires slashed there and a few weeks later it was STOLEN altogether! We get notices about peeping toms and anther car had it's window smashed out just a few days ago in broad daylight.

Our neighbor had all four wheels and tires stolen off of his new Civic one night and then on another, a nearby wall was covered in graffiti.

Crime is an increasing problem here and the office won't do much to help.

I would stay away for sure.

He is about to move.
