great location. awesome management. unfortunately i don't think they don't control the occupancy numbers per apartment. this leads to lower income occupants and innevitably crime. this past week my registration and inspection stickers were stolen and two of my neighbor's cars were broken into. sadly i found my inspection sticker half-assedly glued to the window af a car in the parking lot. I would have called the police but they know who they stole it from and i have to live in the same complex.
