The serious shortage of hot water, and to few washers and dryers is greatly made up by its perfect location, and incredible value. Most places in the vicinity are easily one and a half times the rent, or not fit for humans. I looked for a long time before i settled on TC and have been happy with my decision. the management is awsome and will go out of there way to help you out. Its just far enuff away from downtown to feel isolated, but still within stumbling distance after a night out.
