its a great location
very close to downtown, UT and the river
lots of college students
the maintence is terrible.
they hardly speak english and do half assed jobs then never come to finish the job
they fixed a few pipes in the closet and left a huge hole and never came back to finish it
not to mention my bathroom ceiling is invested with mold.
the 4 bdrm rooms are small.

Of course the 4 bedrooms are small. I mean, what do you expect from an apartment complex built over twenty years ago? This isn't supposed to be luxury living.
