great staff, good pool, great location, pretty quiet

Yeah, you can hear the late-comers in from the ever-too-near parking lots, and the maintenance staff is stretched thin, but once inside the places are a lot cozier than you would imagine from the outside, super cheap ute bills and most neighbors are nice and quiet, plus maybe the best location to live in Austin...
