Piss-poor workmanship when maintenance does decide to work. Maintenance that doesn't speak english or show up for WEEKS after calling something in. Mgmt that couldn't give a damn about your living conditions or enforcing the rules THEY write to keep their tenants in line. Want super-hot water that surges when you're showering' Want huge cockroaches crawling up the hallways' Want an elevator that tries to kill you when you get in and out by closing on you' Want paper-thin walls you can hear everything through' Want a laundry room so hot you can hardly breathe because there's ONE working window' Want hallways that leak water through several floors when it rains' Want stray cats, crime, loud neighbors, children running up and down the hall screaming at all hours' Want management that's never in the office, always late and never returns phone calls' Want an outrageous pet deposit' This is the place for you!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I don't know where you live but this isn't timbercreek. I know that the people in the office work very hard to make everyone happy. I've never seen a cockroach here.... I've seen a few comments on this so maybe just not in my building. I've also never seen water leaking in the hallways. I NEVER hear my neighbors, EVER! I don't think any kids even live here. I haven't had a problem in contacting the office and my pet deposit was alittle high but you g et it back and I broke it out in payments with my rent so it wasn't that bad. Plus this was the only place that would accept my lab, Everyone else weight limits. I just wanted to speak my mind cause this comment was alittle extream and It really isn't that bad.

Actually...most of what s/he said is right - I lived there for over 2 years, from 2003-2005. Don't get me wrong, I love the location, and the pool, and the staff ACTS friendly...but the maintenance people are one step better than nothing most of the time. I loved my apartment and miss my view of the pool, but there are bugs, and people do NOT clean up after their dogs. The times that I had to call the cops because people at the pool were screaming at midnight? Guess what, it was a Hispanic family with multiple kiddos, and this had to happen several times before it stopped. So don't knock Anonymous - Timbercreek is a tradeoff, it has pluses AND minuses.
