I don't know where you live but this isn't timbercreek. I know that the people in the office work very hard to make everyone happy. I've never seen a cockroach here.... I've seen a few comments on this so maybe just not in my building. I've also never seen water leaking in the hallways. I NEVER hear my neighbors, EVER! I don't think any kids even live here. I haven't had a problem in contacting the office and my pet deposit was alittle high but you g et it back and I broke it out in payments with my rent so it wasn't that bad. Plus this was the only place that would accept my lab, Everyone else weight limits. I just wanted to speak my mind cause this comment was alittle extream and It really isn't that bad.

Actually...most of what s/he said is right - I lived there for over 2 years, from 2003-2005. Don't get me wrong, I love the location, and the pool, and the staff ACTS friendly...but the maintenance people are one step better than nothing most of the time. I loved my apartment and miss my view of the pool, but there are bugs, and people do NOT clean up after their dogs. The times that I had to call the cops because people at the pool were screaming at midnight? Guess what, it was a Hispanic family with multiple kiddos, and this had to happen several times before it stopped. So don't knock Anonymous - Timbercreek is a tradeoff, it has pluses AND minuses.
