Maintenance & Management are WONDERFUL

Please don't believe what people have said about the maintenance. I have lived there for over a year now, and they are wonderful people. I called about my AC dripping a little on my floor and a maintenance man showed up 10 minutes later at 10:30PM to fix it, even though I said it could wait! These are people with families of their own, and have come in on weekends & nights to take care of even small problems, are courteous & kind, and very respectful of your space. The leasing office is equally great - they always call you back, and will keep calling to make sure everything is taken care of. We have had virtually NO problems here, the least of any place I've ever lived. The prices are great, the location is wonderful, and the apartments are in the kind of condition you can expect for the age of the building and the price. People who are writing such harshly negative ratings for the apartments are the kind of people who are never satisfied and do not think things through before committing, and are likely very unkind to the maintenance staff regardless of their attempts. Please make sure you are realistic about your demands before you attack others for not meeting them.
