Great location - Very Helpful Management

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years. The units are larger than average with nice decks. It's a bit dusty and while not exactly 'clean' the maintenance is very responsive and other than the occasional clogged toilet, we've had no problems. The management team has been very helpful to us.
We have moved units once and they actually lowered our rent and gave us new carpet and tiling and gave us our full deposit back.
We have to break our lease and move out because we need to move north and management is letting us out of our lease for no penalties, we are just paying the prorated rent and giving 30 days notice.
